We have helped many people get started finding a SUP Board that is right for them. We like to start by putting boards into four different categories.
• Flatwater SUP Boards designed to take on water away from the surf zone.
• Paddle Surf Boards or boards that are to designed to ride waves.
• All-Around SUP Boards which do a little bit of everything and are great family boards.
•Whitewater SUP Boards which have in the past been either surf or all-around boards but we now see a new generation of dedicated Whitewater SUP boards.
Of course any board can be used anywhere. Much like in golf you could use a putter off the tee or a driver to putt the ball in the hole. But we explain the design features of the different types of boards so you can make an informed decision on which board is best for you. and as always feel free to call us to ask any other questions you might have.
